When Fundiment determines for what purpose and tools the processing of your Personal Data is carried out, Fundiment acts as a data controller. This includes scenarios where Fundiment collects Personal Data in the context of being a job seeker, representing a customer, or a lead. This includes, in connection with our services, where it is necessary for Fundiment to process your data, including Personal Data.
Why We Process Personal Data
About Customers and Customer Contacts
In general, to manage our Customer relationships and to fulfill our Customer obligations, Fundiment needs information about you as a Customer, contact, or user of one of our services. The purposes of processing this Personal Data include executing the sales and contracting process, providing services, improving and developing our services, preventing abuse, and processing orders and payments.
The legal basis for processing Personal Data is either the necessity for fulfilling a contract, a legitimate interest, or compliance with legal requirements.
